Pili Ani Hydrating Facial Mist
WHAT IT IS: A refreshing facial mist that primes and sets. It has Pili Ani’s signature ingredient of elemi oil, which fights bacteria, and aloe vera for skin soothing. It also has anti-pollution properties, making it great for touchups and midday hydration for the skin.
NICOLE'S NOTES: I love this as a hydrating primer, as it prevents my concealer and matte foundation from caking and delivers a beautiful dewy skin finish. I also like the scent of elemi oil–something I also get from its iconic face oil–but beyond the scent, it’s important to note how elemi actually has antibacterial properties, so it can also prevent maskne and breakouts. More than a makeup base, this is essentially skincare.
EXPERT TIP: Spritz onto your clean face as the base for your makeup for a nice, hydrated hold or after your makeup for a glass skin effect. We also like using this in place of our usual toner for days we know we need extra hydration without greasy or heavy products.
